Westport II Unit E-22, Single Level Condo, Sound View, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Bed Configuration: 1 K and 1 Q
This holiday destination is in Pine Knoll Shores, one of the most sought-after spots on Bogue Banks, known for its magical combination of maritime forest and waterfront locale. The community of Westport itself is located in the trees midway between the ocean and the sound.
This sunny and roomy condo is a showcase of modern style and comfort. The kitchen, dining and living area is open concept, making it simple to socialize and be together— whether that’s just the two of you, the whole family, or that get-together you’re planning! Much of this unit has the same bright, airy feel, with open shelving in the gourmet kitchen, a countertop bar and glass doors in the living room. Mix a beverage from the wet bar and sit out on the balcony —the ideal place for admiring the pinks and golds of the sunsets and toasting to your good fortune!
The primary bedroom has its own entrance to the balcony and is generously sized. It features an inviting king bed and a enchanting sound view. You will feel casual going to sleep with the twinkle of mast lights and an array of brilliant stars out your window.
There is a guest bedroom here, too, with a queen bed and second bath, meaning there’s room for friends, family or guests! Spend your time “at home,” head to the beach to search for seashells, go for a dip in the pool, or challenge your bestie to a tennis match —the courts are right here! There are also tons to do close by: The NC Aquarium, Fort Macon, plenty of stores and cafes, fine dining, and coastal adventures. When you come to the Crystal Coast, you can have it all!

About the Area

Located in Pine Knoll Shores, this condo is by the sea. Country Club of the Crystal Coast and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Beach Wheels Bike Rental. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. With snorkeling and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Tips and Tricks to get the best rental home experience:

Finding the best rental home value:

  • In the New Bern area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Book your rental home in the Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines contain coupons for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.

Use filters to narrow your search:

  • Select a group lead, select your trip dates, and select a maximum budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Stunning Soundview Condo-Westport II Unit E-22 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the property owner before you book your rental. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional pet fees or charges could be applied to your contract.
  • If there's an individual New Bern destination you long to visit, keep an eye out for homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Take a copy of the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home.
  • Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out. Protect your property!
  • Document any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be valuable if there is a dispute.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected everything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a terrific time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
