The space
You get the entire, separate & private, ground floor apartment in a handsome 2-family home. 1 bedroom with a queen bed, living room with TV, and a flex room with a 2nd TV and a comfortable, queen-size pull-out couch. Also, your own patio with comfortable Adirondack rocking chairs, a dart board, Cornhole game, and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach. Substantial driveway that can accommodate up to 2 guest cars.
