Southern Accents is a elegant and surprisingly enormous home with 3-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms. Total linens includes two kings, two queens, and twin bunk bed and can sleep 8-10 people .

Located behind tall pines on a huge private lot at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, it’s located in the charming area of the Point of Emerald Isle. A shaded access path to the soft sandy beach is just across the street from this gorgeously decorated reverse floor plan beach home.

The covered entrance way opens to the ground level entryway and a private room with bunk beds, additional seating, mounted flat panel HD TV, and full bath. A great room for the kids to play games or watch movies.

Level Two features a den area with game table, futon and mounted flat panel HD TV. A hallway with washer and dryer closet leads to three more rooms including one king, and two queens, as well as a humongous bathroom with double sink and bathtub.

Level Three features a vaulted ceiling great room with open floor plan. Bright and airy, with plenty of room for multiple seating options for activities. Casually dine at the kitchen bar, savor group meals or games at the big dining table, or relax on the giant sectional couch to watch movies on the huge flat panel HDTV. A desk with computer monitor (not seen in photos) is available for games or work. The kitchen is completely supplied for indoor or outdoor dining and fitted with a double sink, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, crockpot, and more. The great room opens to a screened porch to dine comfortably al fresco. A conveniently located guest half bath is just off the living area.

The master King bedroom is also on Level Three and features a sizable private ensuite bathroom with double vanity.

Additional Conveniences: The home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet that accompanies 6 Intelligent TVs with log-in access to various streaming platforms. Hear the ocean waves from multiple covered decks accessed by both king bedrooms, living room and den, including one with gas grille. Enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower is great for post-beach rinsing. A highchair is available for families with modest kids. This home is a outstanding getaway for guests who want tranquility and peaceful, but also be close to the beach. Ongoing improvements to this home are not all are pictured in photos.

Linens and towels are included with beds made for weekly stays only.

The home rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday and nightly units are allowed with a 2-nighttime minimum for off-season and last-min. units.
