Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area, and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for simple beach access. The kitchen/Bar Area is entirely equipped with a coffee maker (Keurig), oven refrigerator with attached ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and slow Cooker. There is also a Intelligent TV, Basic Cable, and Covered Decks with Deck Furnishings!
