This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only mins. from shopping and eateries, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area, and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for simple beach access. No Elevator.

Point Emerald B-305 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath nearly Oceanfront Condo. High Speed Wireless Internet Supplied! The kitchen/Bar Area is completely equipped with a coffee maker (Keurig), oven refrigerator with attached ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and slow Cooker. There is also a Intelligent TV, Basic Cable, and Covered Decks with Deck Furnishings!

Complex Amenties: Community Beach Walkway, Outdoor Pool, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Pickle Ball Courts, Grille Facilities, Coin-Operated Laundry Facility, and Community outdoor showers (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
