Pebble Beach H-105 is a First Floor Oceanside with Pool View Studio Condo located in the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & eateries.

Appreciate the convenience of No Steps at this First Floor unit! The Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Couch. Screened in porch with furnishings faces the clubhouse. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom has a Queen Bed. Full Bath and Half Bath are in the Hallway. Central Heat & Air. Stackable Washer/Dryer. Wireless internet is available. Direct access to the courtyard amenities including pool, grille area, and picnic area from the screened in porch!

Building H is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool and exercise center, close to the tennis courts, and only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Reserve your rental home in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
