Has pickle ball courts, community exercise center, clubhouse in the Beaucoast planned community. Property runs off a solar array with Tesla panels and 2 Tesla Powerwall batteries for backup energy. Due to zoning restrictions, this property is only available when the whole home is not booked so availability is typically last min. and sporadic.
