- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to stimulate new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation.
