Island Beach and Racquet Club 303-B is a Third Floor 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo ideal for a beach hideaway with fun for the whole family when you vacation at this beachy condo! High-Speed Wireless Internet so you can stay connected!
Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds.
Conveniences Include: 2 Flat Panel TVs, Basic Cable, Washer and Dryer, Totally Equipped Kitchen with Garbage Disposal, Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Blender, Oven, Fridge, Microwave, and Dishwasher.
Island Beach Racquet Club Community Conveniences Include: Building Elevators, 3 Outdoor Pools and Kiddie Pool (pool typically open May 1st - Oct 15th 9am - 10pm), Beach Access Walkway, Outdoor Showers, Laundry Area, Sound Access via paved walkway, Grilling Area, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, On-site Playground. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
