Island Beach and Racquet Club 303-B is a Third Floor 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo ideal for a beach hideaway! The Island Beach and Racquet Club community comes equipped with a community pool, tennis courts, and much more. There is fun for the whole family when you vacation at this beachy condo! High-Speed Wireless Internet so you can stay connected!

Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds.

Additional Conveniences Include: 2 Flat Panel TVs, Basic Cable, Park Grille Access, Picnic Table Area, Community Walkway to Beach, Community Outdoor Showers, Outdoor and Kiddie Pool Access, Tennis Court Access, Deck Furnishings, Washer and Dryer, Totally Equipped Kitchen with Garbage Disposal, Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Blender, Oven, Fridge, Microwave, and Dishwasher.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
