However, if you should discover any damages when you arise, please notify our host immediately so that we can verify the problem and not hold you responsible. Henna tattoos are not allowed in any of the Crystal Coast Realty & Home Services rental properties. Tenants will be charged for any damages caused by the dye from tattoos.
* REPAIRS: If you have any problem with plumbing, heating/air, or appliances during you stay, please notify our host, Christine, so that we may correct any problem as soon as possible. There is no charge for this service unless the breakdown has been caused by your actions (i.e., Sanitary items flushed down toilet, bottle caps in a disposal.)
