The main home features three comfortable bedrooms and one and a half baths, thoughtfully designed with warm wood paneling that enhances its classic bungalow character. Sizable windows throughout the home allow natural light to pour in, creating a bright, airy interior that feels connected to the surrounding forest. The home’s layout is ideal for gathering while still offering private, restful spaces to relax.
A separate guest home adds flexibility and privacy, complete with a queen bed and a full bathroom, making it an ideal space for kids, friends, or extended family. This additional getaway accepts everybody to appreciate their own comfort while staying close together.
Step onto the porch with outdoor seating, where mornings begin with coffee and birdsong and evenings end with the calming sounds of the trees swaying in the coastal breeze. It’s the ideal place to slow down and soak in the peaceful surroundings.
Beach access is just seven driveways away, making it an painless walk to the shoreline for morning walks, afternoon swims, or sunset vistas, while still appreciating the peaceful seclusion of the property.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
