Safe cul-de-sac with minimal traffic, private path to public playground, basketball, basketball court, and walking trails. Located on the sound side, this property is a 1/2 mile walk or drive to the beach and sound. Guests do not have access to garage. Sizable game room with board games, cards, and wet bar. Stocked kitchen. Electric fireplace in the living room. Gas grille. This property rents from Saturday to Saturday. Dogs allowed (2 dog max.).
