This enchanting oceanfront bungalow is located in the heart of Atlantic Beach just a short distance to shopping & eateries. Savor the expansive vistas of the ocean from the covered deck or sun deck. This home has a bedroom, full bath, kitchen, living & dining area on the first level. Second floor offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

2. Security Deposit - $1,500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the best rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite New Bern restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
  • Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply New Bern area visitors guides which will include special deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself.   • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good ratings to stimulate more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
