We’re the closest point to Beaufort Inlet—making us the ideal home base for all your water adventures. Boat slips are available to rent separately through our on-site Marina Office and Dock Master.

To ensure everybody’s comfort and enjoyment, please review the following agreed-upon rules:
-Provide the names of all guests staying at the condo
-Respect the rental as you would your own home

-No events, events, gatherings, or additional guests
-No smoking, vaping, or open flames
-No pets allowed under any circumstances — violation of this policy will result in a fine
-No slime, Play-Doh, glue, paint, glitter, confetti, dye, or similar items that stain or damage
-A $50 fee applies for a lost or missing pool key fob
-Quiet hours: 11 PM (weekdays), 12 AM (weekends)
-Do not bring carts into the condo
-No filming for distribution or content creation
-No third-event units or subleasing
-No commercial business activities
-No illegal substances or activities anywhere on the property
-Please report any damage or breakage promptly
