Inside, Breaking Rollers is designed for laid-back beach living. Kick off your flip-flops in the roomy living area on the first level and settle in for family game nights or movie marathons. The completely equipped kitchen makes whipping up beach snacks or gourmet meals a breeze. Plus, when you're ready to catch your favorite shows, there's 4 TVs throughout the home equipped with cable & streaming!

After a day of sun-kissed adventures, rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower – a true beach vacation luxury! Fire up the charcoal grille for a delicious BBQ, and savor al fresco dining with the ocean as your backdrop.

With a King Primary suite (level 2), two Queen bedrooms (level 1 & 2), and a third room with two Twin beds (level 1), there's plenty of space for everybody to relax and recharge. Plus, linens and towels are supplied with beds made for weekly stays, so you can start calming the moment you arrive!

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
