Located directly across from a beach walkway - you'll be on the soft sand in moments! Come home for lunch and eat on the covered decks while still appreciating the ocean sights and sounds. Shared 28' x 14' swimming pool. All rooms - living areas and bedrooms - in Summer Breeze have a view toward the ocean. Dishwasher, washer/dryer (shared), Intelligent TVs throughout for streaming, wireless Internet access. Hot/cold outside showers. Ground level, shared game room with basketball and pool table leads directly to the pool deck. Weekly rental during summer months Saturday to Saturday. Three-nighttime minimum rental off-season. Available year-round. No smoking. Dogs allowed with a $200 non-returnable fee per pet (2 max., dogs only, definitely no cats). 4802 Ocean Drive. Downstairs, the East side bungalow is rented separately.

Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Some property managers offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to add trip insurance.
