The dock landing has a boat lift so you can bring your shallow water or bay boat (max. 5,000 lb. capacity) and for an additional $600 per week you’ll have access to the Tide Tamer 4-piling boat lift with bunk beds (the public boat ramp is less than a mile away). This will save you time and the frustration of having to dock your boat at another location. We have pilings for docking jet skis and the enormous umbrella provides the ideal spot to sit and relax while birdwatching and appreciating the water and pretty sunset vistas. Covered patio/decks on first and second floors with high-sitting Adirondack captain’s chairs, indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system, ceiling fans on the top floor for cool, comfortable vistas of the beautiful sound, even when it’s raining. The hot tub overlooking the sound is a great way to relax and relax after a long day at the beach. An open concept living/kitchen space with hard surface floor throughout has clear vistas of the water. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas range and oven, wireless internet, pool table. Primary and one guest bedroom each have their own walkout onto the top deck overlooking Bogue Sound.
