This 4-bedroom, 3 bath home provides plenty of space for family and friends to relax and savor the Crystal Coast. 3 bedrooms upstairs including the primary bedroom with access to the outside porch, and one bedroom downstairs. There is a locked off apartment downstairs that the owner will occupy from time to time but will not be rented to other guests.
The open-concept living room features high ceilings, wood floors and tons of natural light! The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a cavernous center island with a sunroom just off the kitchen.
Sliding doors open up to a huge, freshly refreshed wraparound deck ideal for appreciating your morning coffee or taking in a coastal sunset while listening to the ocean and feeling the ocean breeze.
After a day of swimming, boating, fishing and exploring, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in the fenced backyard or patio area. There's ample parking and also room for your boat!
