This modern getaway features a cavernous open living room, ideal for entertaining and family gatherings. The sleek, modern kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a delight.

Step outside onto the sizable deck, ideal for alfresco dining, sunbathing, or simply appreciating the coastal breeze. Each of the four bedrooms offers a relaxing sanctuary, while the three chic bathrooms provide comfort and convenience. Additionally, the home features a convenient elevator, ensuring painless access to all levels.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near the beach.
