This oceanside property is a very short 2-min. walk to the beach and .6 miles to the public boat ramp and a short driving distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, and other activities (kayaking, boating, hiking trails). Located in a semi-private neighborhood with very light traffic.

Home Conveniences: Huge screened porch off the back of the home with a dining table and additional seating for calming in the shade. Enclosed outside shower under the carport for rinsing off sandy feet, beach equipment, or to cool off after an afternoon at the beach with the family. Gas grille just off the screened porch so that you can prepare family meals with an ocean view.

Outdoor Conveniences: A guest storage closet is located under the carport, equipped with a full-size refrigerator, two bicycles, four beach chairs, one beach umbrella, and a beach cart for carrying your beach items.

Kitchen: Well-outfitted with a toaster oven, dishware, flatware, microwave, oven, dishwasher, blender, baking pans, and coffee maker.

General: A/C & heating, Full-size washer and dryer just off the kitchen, WiFi, linens and towels, fresh duvet covers, and beds made before arrival. Starter pack of toiletries (1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, dishwasher soap and hand soap.

Parking: Onsite parking, enough for 5 cars. 2 cars under the carport and two just behind that. A modest parking pad with rock at the end of the driveway could be used for a boat trailer 32x11 space.
