Kolby's Kottage is an adorable 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, sound-front home located in the gorgeous town of Beaufort. It was constructed over the water and provides beautiful vistas of the sound from all four bedrooms!

There are 3 Roku-enabled Intelligent TVs with various streaming services available. You will have access to the outdoor deck and private dock area during your stay. Interior Washer and Dryer.

The completely-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.

Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
