The kitchen is entirely equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove and microwave. A laundry closet homes a stack washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is outfitted with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus a coffee maker, can opener, toaster, blender, and basic cooking implements. The dining table seats 6, and 3 bar stools serve the counter bar area. The living room is furnished with a Queen sleeper couch, an armchair, and flat screen TV. A sliding door leads to a balcony with an ocean view. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and flat screen TV plus full bath. The guest bedroom also has a queen bed. A beach wagon and 4 beach chairs are supplied. A Place At The Beach is packed with amenities so come relax, play and savor!

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at New Bern restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• In the New Bern area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early.
