This 2nd row 4 bedroom 3 bath Penthouse is a ideal place for family gatherings. Giant Roomy Kitchen and Dining area that overlooks the impressive Ocean View. This Penthouse offers Two Master Suites. Master #1 has a king bed with great Ocean view and attached bathroom with a jetted tub. Master #2 has a King bed with Oceanfront vistas and an attached bath. Bedroom #3 has a king bed. Bedroom #4 has a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle. Bedroom #3 and #4 share a bathroom. Appreciate your time in the open Loft that has Ocean view and Panoramic Sound vistas. The loft area offers a living area and also has a day bed with a trundle. This property also features an elevator and an outside shower. Beach access is right across the street. NO SMOKING AND NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED. Linens and towels with beds made are supplied.

• Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
