On this level you will find the entirely equipped, gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a roomy island ideal for preparing meals and entertaining. Just beyond the living area, step onto your huge oceanfront deck for savoring the sea breeze, dolphin and whale watching, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Also on this level, you'll find a impressive additional room with a desk and a comfortable daybed ideal for afternoon naps, reading, or additional sleeping space. Bedroom #1 features a king bed, intelligent TV, and a private bathroom, while a convenient half bath is also available for guests on this floor.

Upstairs, the second level offers three handsomely decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom #2 includes a king bed with expansive ocean vistas, intelligent TV, and its own private bathroom, creating a calming getaway. Bedroom #3 offers a cozy queen bed and intelligent TV, and shares a full bath with Bedroom #4, which features another king bed and intelligent TV ideal for families or groups traveling together.

For your convenience and comfort, the home includes an outdoor shower, making it painless to rinse off after a sun-soaked beach day. Total linens includes 3 kings, 1 queen, and 1 twin with twin trundle (Linens can be supplied upon request for Twin/Twin Trundle).

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
