601 Summer Winds is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath Penthouse Oceanfront condo. The penthouse suite is a private key access floor giving you tons of privacy while on vacation! RELAX and take in striking vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from the covered and uncovered oceanfront balcony. Master bedroom #1 has a King Bed with a Private Bath, Flat Screen TV, and BluRay Player. Bedroom #2 has a King Bed with a shared Bath and a TV. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed with a shared bath and a TV and constructed-in DVD player. Full Kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stand-alone ice maker. The cavernous Living Room has a Color Cable TV and DVD Player.

Additional Conveniences Include 2 TV¡s, DVD Player, BluRay Player, Water Treatment System, Outdoor Decks, Deck Furnishings, Coffee Maker, Constructed-in Range Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Icemaker, Keurig, and Dishwasher.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular New Bern attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• In the New Bern area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
