Summer Winds A-104 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath First Floor Oceanfront Condo. Great ground floor location & close proximity to the main pool area. Cavernous open Living Area with tile floor. (Couch is a Queen Sleeper.) Dining Area with seating for 4. Kitchen Bar has seating for 4 as well. Granite countertops in kitchen area with a microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher & refrigerator with ice maker. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed & private bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Full Bath located off living area.

Additional Conveniences: 2 Flat Screen TVs, 1 DVD Player, 1 CD Player, & Outdoor Covered Patio. Washer & Dryer also available for your use.

Linens and Towels are supplied with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Family Animals Accepted.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, 4 nighttime minimum last min. during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
