Summer Winds A-104 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath First Floor Oceanfront Condo. Great ground floor location & close proximity to the main pool area. Cavernous open Living Area with tile floor. (Couch is a Queen Sleeper.) Dining Area with seating for 4. Kitchen Bar has seating for 4 as well. Granite countertops in kitchen area with a microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher & refrigerator with ice maker. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed & private bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Full Bath located off living area.

Additional Conveniences: 2 Flat Screen TVs, 1 DVD Player, 1 CD Player, & Outdoor Covered Patio. Washer & Dryer also available for your use.

NOTE: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes walkway work. All elevators are operational.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 2 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Indian Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• To get the best rental home for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
