The first floor offers the primary suite with sizable walk in shower and garden tub. This room opens to a private deck surrounded by island foliage. There are 2 other bedrooms and bath on this level. Below this is the carport/driveway, which can hold up to 3 cars. The storage closet homes beach chairs, umbrella, beach games & body boards.
