Salt and Light is a 9 bedroom, 9 full bath, 2 half bath oceanfront home located in the impressive Sea Isle Plantation subdivision located in Indian Beach, North Carolina. This brand new, huge home, sleeps many and has tons of sizable and separate common spaces to accommodate its visitors! Appreciate the various amenities it has to offer, such as the Private pool and hot tub, outdoor gas grille, putting green, two full kitchens, recreational game room and theater room. Please note this unit is also event-friendly!

Floor #1 -Bedroom #1 has 3 Twin bunk sets. Bedroom #2 has 1 queen bed and 1 twin over queen bunk set. Also located on this floor is the theater room with a enormous screen tv, the recreational game room with a pool table, video games, a huge screen tv, a full kitchen, a shared full bath, pool changing room, a half bath, 2 showers, the laundry room, and first floor elevator access.

Floor #2 - Bedrooms #3-#7 located on this floor and they all have 1 King Bed and their own private full baths. There is also another half bath located on this floor near the common area/family room which includes a wetbar & a sizable screen tv. You will also find access to the covered porch with furnishings, and second floor elevator access.

Floor #3 -Has bedroom #8 that has a king bed and its own private full bath. Floor #3 also includes a gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, great room, another covered porch w/furnishings, and a shared half bath.

Floor #4 - Bedroom #9 has a king bed and a full bath, a common area with a wetbar, large screen tv, and another covered porch w/furnishings.

Conveniences supplied at Salt & Light: Highspeed Wireless Internet, twelve Intelligent TVs, two entirely equipped kitchens (one of which is a Gourmet Kitchen), Keruig Coffee Maker, Standard Coffee Maker, two ovens, two fridges, three stand alone icemakers, a microwave, three dishwashers, three wine fridges, two blenders, an air fryer, two laundry rooms with interior washers and dryers, recreational game room with pool table, ping-pong table, and a putting green.
