HELLO PLEASE CALL ME AT 252-531-3918 with any questions as I am here to help. My striking completely refreshed in 2024 condo is on the third floor with great ocean vistas. We put in LVP floor, new paint, new granite and freshly modernized bathrooms. Although considered a convertible 1 bedroom unit, we have enclosed the second bedroom with a door for privacy. It has a nice twin/full bunk bed (see photo). Ideal for the kids!

New renovations/updates include new LVP floor, newly remodeled bathrooms, nice furnishings and linens, fresh paint, new granite with tile backsplash in kitchen and flat screen HD TV's. We have also added crown molding to dress up the condo. Being a 3rd floor condo accepts for the best vistas of the ocean from your balcony. It has a King bed in the master bedroom with a extravagant bed for a great nighttime's sleep. In the second bedroom there is a Twin/Full size BUNK bed. The complex is the best one on the beach with a 150' Waterslide, indoor pool with hottub area constructed in, sizable outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, miniature golf course, basketball court, tennis court and ping pong! The complex also has both gas and charcoal grilles for great cookouts for family and friends.

The master bedroom has a private bath with tub/shower combo. it has a flat screen 40" HD Roku TV. The second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed which is ideal for kids. The living room has nice queen sleeper couch with a 40' flat screen HD TV with a Blu-ray player and complimentary Wi-Fi. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably. The galley kitchen is entirely equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware and a Keurig combo coffee maker that does traditional coffee and K pods. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Mount Maker Charters are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental.

• Re-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
