My gorgeous condo is on the third floor with great ocean vistas. Although considered a convertible 1 bedroom unit, we have enclosed the second bedroom with a door for privacy. It has a nice twin/full bunk bed (see photo). Ideal for the kids!

New renovations/updates include new furnishings and linens, fresh paint, tile backsplash in kitchen and flat screen HD TV's. We have also added crown molding to dress up the condo. Being a 3rd floor condo accepts for the best vistas of the ocean from your balcony. It has a King bed in the master bedroom with a extravagant bed for a great nighttime's sleep. In the second bedroom there is a Twin/Full size BUNK bed. The complex is the best one on the beach with a 150' Waterslide, indoor pool with hottub area constructed in, sizable outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, miniature golf course, basketball court, tennis court and ping pong! The complex also has both gas and charcoal grilles for great cookouts for family and friends.

The master bedroom has a private bath with tub/shower combo. it has a flat screen 40" HD Roku TV. The second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed which is ideal for kids. The living room has nice queen sleeper couch with a 40' flat screen HD TV with a Blu-ray player and complimentary Wi-Fi. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably. The galley kitchen is completely equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware and a Keurig combo coffee maker that does traditional coffee and K pods. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Rachel Carson Reserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Mount Maker Charters are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to a budget:

• The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.

• On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Did your family have a terrific stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
