All amenities are private to the community. Get comfortable in the oceanfront seating on the shared wraparound deck, enjoy the ocean breeze in the gazebo atop the dunes, grille out and relax at the picnic tables, enjoy the outdoor pool, or walk to the beach that is just steps away.

PARKING PASS
— Each reservation is given ONE parking pass.
— For nightly reservations, an additional pass is available for $25 per reservation for a max of two parking passes total. For monthly reservations, an additional pass is available for $100.

NO SMOKING & NO VAPING
— No smoking anything inside the unit or anywhere at the complex.
— Violators will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY, and a refund will not be issued.
— Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Additionally, there is an additional $200 cleaning fee.

PET POLICY
It would be our enjoyment to welcome your furry friend to the beach. There is an additional $100 fee per reservation to bring your pet. This is a separate fee sent AFTER your booking has been confirmed. If you wish to bring your pet, you must let us know AS SOON AS YOU BOOK, so we can send you the pet fee request.

— 1 dog max, under 50 lbs.
— Non-aggressive breeds only (Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd breeds are not allowed)
— Family Animals must be current on vaccines and flea meds.
— NO pets allowed on the furnishings.
— Pets cannot be left unsupervised and MUST BE CRATED when the pet owner is not inside the condo.
— Pets must be leashed at all times when outside.
— Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Place all pet waste bags in the trash cans outside.
— Guests will be held accountable for their pet, and any DAMAGES to the property will be charged to the guest.
— ***Do NOT sneak in your pet without paying the pet fee. If you do NOT pay the pet fee before check-in and are caught with a pet on the premises, your lease will be terminated immediately WITHOUT a refund.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS
— It is our pleasure to welcome your emotional support animal to the beach. There is not a pet fee for an emotional support animal.
— In accordance with federal and state laws, please provide your ESA Recommendation Letter before booking.
— If we discover that a guest has misrepresented a pet as an emotional support animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities, and evict the guests without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.

• Summer is high season in Atlantic Beach. To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular New Bern attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.
