Saturday to Saturday, 7 day units only during the season. Off season, please inquire about less than a week stay.
Check in after 4 pm, check out before 10 am. Cleaners are very prompt!
Linens and bath towels are supplied. Bring your own beach towels, beach equipment, and chairs. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and infant items may be rented locally. Ask property manager for info after booking to reserve them early.
Emerald Hideaway is pet friendly. Dogs only, no more than 2 per stay. Pet fee is per pet. Please add the 35.00 per nighttime pet fee at time of booking, or let the Property Manager know after booking so she can add it. Property Manager will need to add second pet fee, so please let her know after booking.
Pool may be heated for an additional $625. Contact your property manager, she will need at least a 24 hour notice.
All guests pay a 55.00 damage protection fee at time of booking. This covers you up to 1500.00, only if guests report the damages BEFORE CHECK OUT to property manager.
Elevator inside home runs to all 3 levels.
Parking: 4 cars can park inside under home, 6 cars comfortably in driveway.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
No smoking allowed.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking your vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers frequently offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
