Welcome to our double queen suite! The ideal comfortable space for you, your family, and your four-legged friends to appreciate your time together in Atlantic Beach. This cute and comfortable space is filled with two queen-size beds, granite countertops, tile floors, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a full bath and is cleaned by our exceptional and professional team of housekeepers.

No problem! All of our rooms are pet friendly. We accept up to two dogs per room for a pet fee of $20 per pet per nighttime.

We are only a 5 min walk away from the beach in Atlantic Beach, as well as the best local eateries in the area. Come hang out & savor yourselves! We look forward to your stay.

About the Area

This vacation home is located in Atlantic Beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting.

• Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
• Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
• Look for your local New Bern visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitor guide magazines contain offers and deals for local tours and attractions.

• Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always available on booking websites. Otherwise, email the property manager before reserving the property. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks.
• Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or charges applied to your invoice.
• Visiting for a specific attraction or event? Use a map search to locate nearby rentals.

Have a fantastic stay:

• Take a copy of the owner's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property. Store the host's contact information in your smartphone.
• Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, television set or kitchen appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent many problems.
• Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would at home.
• Make a record of any issues with the property at check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if damages are assessed.
• Be respectful of your neighbors. Often, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
• Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
• Leave a review! Property owners rely on good reviews to stimulate more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
