The space
Appreciate an outdoor patio table, picnic table, screened in porch, a back yard for lawn games, as well as an outdoor shower.
There is a duplex in the front of the property. There is a shared screened porch with games, beach chairs available, an outdoor shower, and picnic table. Private beach parking is available upon request and availability. The home is equipped with intelligent locks, and intelligent TVs. Bath towel, wash cloth, and hand towel included for each guest.
Family Animals are allowed with $100 pet fee. Please communicate the addition of a pet when booking.
Guest access
You have access to a driveway that can accommodate two cars along the street. Parking on the street is prohibited and you can be ticketed. Parking on the grass is prohibited due to the septic system.

There is no cable T.V., only intelligent TVs.
There is no laundry. One bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth will be supplied.
