All new furnishings, artwork, paint and floor for this striking 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom condo overlooking the lake. This is within walking distance to the onsite recreation center. Recreation center membership is supplied during your stay. There are two pools, exercise equipment, daily activities and a weekly welcome social hosted at the recreation center. Come spend your vacation with us!

We are 5 miles from downtown New Bern, where there are museum tours, premier dining options and a collection of boutique and eclectic stores. River tours are available including a tour of the area where the famed author Nicholas Sparks lives.

If you stay at the resort, there are kayak units, golfing, bicycle units, miniature golf and a playground all located at the marina area of the site.

The kitchen has granite counter-tops, a stove, full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a starter pack of coffee, dish soap and dishwasher tabs. There is a washer/dryer in the condo.

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed. There is a queen sized bed in the guest bedroom. The couch pulls out to be a full sized bed. All linens are included with your cleaning fee.

About the Area

Located in New Bern, this condo is on a lake. Greater Good Art Gallery and New Bern Civic Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Northwest Creek Marina and New Bern Grand Marina. Finding your perfect rental:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the largest rental within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at New Bern restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
