Floor #1: There is a game room with a Intelligent TV, Fooseball Table, Queen Sleeper Couch (Linens are not supplied for Sleeper couch) and a half bathroom.

Floor#2: Bedroom #1 is located on this floor and has a king bed, intelligent TV, walkin closet, enormous master bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub, in ceiling and outdoor speakers, and access to the second floor balcony. Bedroom #2 is located on this floor and has a king bed, intelligent TV, private full Bath. Bedroom #3 has 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, intelligent TV, with private full bath. Interior Washer and Dryer are also located on this floor.

Floor #3: There is a huge living room located on this floor with a intelligent TV and sound system. The gourmet kitchen and dining room can be found on this floor. There is access to a screened in porch with an additional dining table, gas grille, outdoor speakers, and a front porch with vistas of the ocean.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
