The third bedroom has a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and an en-suite half bath. In the living room, you'll find a enormous flatscreen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a sleeper couch. The screened-in balcony off the living room will make for a pretty setting for entertaining your guests. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
