Upon entering the condo from the Carport you will find the appreciation of a washer and dryer to help make your stay a bit more comfortable. You will find big space there to store your "Beach Things." The first level of this Striking home offers the main living space for the family. You will find a roomy Living/Great Room with plenty of seating for everybody to relish an HBO/SHOWTIME premium channel on the generous 60" flat panel TV or watch your favorite DVD. The Living Room couch folds out as a Queen size bed.

A few steps up on the next level you will find yourself in a "Feels Like Home" Kitchen including all major and modest appliances as you create a memorable meal for you and your family. Have the family gather around the dining table with seating for 6 and be enchanted with the tales of the days adventures over a marvelous family dining ambience. Additional seating for 4, for breakfast, coffee, sandwiches, snacks or an after dinner drink, can be found at the handily located Sitting Room - Kitchen counter table. This level also offers a Half Bathroom. The appealing Sitting Room overlooks the Roosevelt Nature Preserve, and the couch folds out as another Queen size bed. Ceiling Fan Coming Soon.

A few more steps up and you will find appealing Bedroom #3 with a Queen bed, and further up at the top of the stairs there is a Full Bathroom (with Bathtub and Shower) and another Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed, as well as the Master Bedroom #1 also with a Queen bed, for a restful nighttime sleep after the Beach, Pool, Sun and Fun! The Master Bedroom #1 includes a outdoor space with a expansive view of the Atlantic Sea as well as the Roosevelt Natural Coastal Forest Reserve.
