Inside, you’ll find the kitchen outfitted with everything you need to prepare or reheat meals with ease. Conveniences include a mini refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, electric skillet, coffee maker, cooking silverware, and even a dishwasher for simple cleanup.
The dock offers convenient access for boating or simply enjoying the water up close. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside to relax. The unit also features a washer and dryer, adding convenience to your stay.
Located just a short walk or bicycle ride from downtown Beaufort's stores, eateries, and waterfront attractions, Bridge View on Broad blends peaceful coastal appeal with painless access to local culture and activities.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-If you will be using the dock please note you will not be able to launch your boat at the property. There is a complimentary ramp close by, which is Towne Creek Water Access (next to Towne Creek Marina, which is located at the north end of Turner St at the bypass).
-There are 2 options for overnight parking for your trailer; Beaufort Yacht Basin - 103 Cedar St ( 2 blocks from the property- $25 per nighttime. ***There is a Beaufort ordinance against trailer parking on town streets for more than one hour or be subject to a $50 fine.
