Reel Nauti AB is the ideal beach vacation home for family and friends in Oceanside Villas, Oceanside Community in Atlantic Beach! Constructed in 2020, this freshly furnished (2021), extremely CLEAN, 3-level, 3BR/ 3.5BA Townhome, sleeps 8-9. Each bedroom has its own private bath! Wi-Fi throughout. All bedrooms have Intelligent TVs with access to Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Peacock, etc. Comfortably sleeps 6-7 adults with room for up to 9 total occupants.

All the little details to make your stay comfortable: We provide linens including bed sheets and blankets, and bath towels. Also included: basic paper products, trash bags, cleaning supplies, detergents, soaps, etc. Key-less entry (no keys to lose!) A completely-equipped kitchen includes all the necessary pots, pans, serving ware, and baking needs, a standard drip coffee pot, toaster, crock-pot, blender, kids's plastic dishes, plastic serving ware and drinking cups for the pool, and food storage containers. Ironing board and Iron as well as hairdryers in the bathrooms. Washer and dryer for your use as well.

Only a 3-4 min. walk to the beach access. Resort-Style Pool and enormous open-air clubhouse just steps from the front door. Playground next to our building.

Main floor offers a impressive living area, half bath, and sizable eat-in kitchen (table seats 6-7 and raised bar with additional seating for 3). Extensive pantry for all your food items. Off the kitchen is a fenced-in patio and yard plus storage room for all your beach essentials (we have beach chairs, beach wagon, beach and pool toys, skimboard, and body board for your use)

2nd floor includes: 1 Queen bedroom with closet and bath (with tub.) Another sizable bedroom ideal for kids with Twin PLUS Twin over Full bunk and pull-out full trundle, huge bath with tub, and private covered balcony. Light-blocking blinds, ideal for naptime.

3rd floor includes: a huge King Bedroom and closet, bath with large shower, and private covered balcony. High end light blocking blinds on the patio door for a great nighttime's sleep!

For your protection and ours, we have a motion detection Ring floodlight w/camera in the backyard as well as over the front door for security purposes.

The community sits across the street from the beach with public access and a pier with a restaurant and outdoor dining. The sound with a public Fishing Pier is only two blocks away. 1.7 miles from Atlantic Beach public park with playground/putt-putt/splash pad/skate park.

Ideal location for all your needs and fun! Walk to eateries, Dairy Queen, Dollar General, Growler Bar, and only a short drive to NC Aquarium, Fort Macon State Park, Atlantic Beach center, Morehead City, and historic Beaufort.

There are a few games as well as kids's books in addition to our lending library in the living area tv console - take a book, borrow a book, or leave one for another to savor!
