Your rental includes access to a community lounge, exercise center, and modest game room. Access to the soundside fishing pier and launch areas for kayaks and paddleboards is also available. Grilling is just a few steps away via community park grille access. Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and kids's pool, there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.

Ocean Club J201 is a second-floor, nearly-oceanfront condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. The entirely-equipped kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
