Second Floor: Front Porch, Kitchen, Dining Room table and additional Kitchen counter seating. Living Room off the kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and enormous master bathroom, shower area. There is a full bed bedroom with access to master bath.

• In the New Bern area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.
