Incredible amenities include a sizable outdoor pool with 150 ft water slide, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, humongous courtyard lawn, playground, tennis court, full basketball court, and even a mini-golf course on the property. The indoor pool was just modernized from top to bottom for the 2020 season!
A walk down the private boardwalk on the property will take you right through the dunes and straight to the beach! Everything you need for a fun family vacation is at your fingertips. The outdoor hot tub is located a few steps from the unit!
The cavernous living room is furnished and includes a central TV. The kitchen is supplied with essentials and includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
This condo is on the third floor and the private porch overlooks the pretty property grounds and outdoor pool with an ocean view beyond that. Close enough to hear the ocean waves from the deck on calm days and nights.
The unit also comes with a washer and dryer located inside the unit!
The property is just mins. away from great family friendly attractions, including a short 1 mile trip to Fort Macon State Park and a 15 min. drive to the NC Aquarium or to Historic Beaufort Waterfront. 10 mins to Morehead city Waterfront.
