- No events allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- Parking is available for 2 cars in the parking lot. There are two blue parking tags. They are located in the binder on top of the refrigerator. Please place them in your car for the duration of your stay. Security does monitor the parking tons, and they will give warnings if you do not have the tag displayed. IMPORTANT: Please return the parking tags to the binder on top of the refrigerator before you leave. They cost $25 each to be replaced.

- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

- Please note: This property is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a fast verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
