Welcome to the Surf Breeze! A gorgeous, completely remodeled oceanside beach home located in trees, the home is located on a peaceful street. It's so close to the ocean, you can hear the waves from the home! Walk or borrow any of the bicycles available to comfortably reach everything EI has to offer- coffee stores, eateries, stores, and activities! From a entirely equipped kitchen to the most comfortable beds, to the sizable shaded yard w/ fire pit & outdoor games, the home is the ideal location for family vacations, couples getaways, remote workers, or snowbirds!

KITCHEN AND DINING
Unwind in our clean and uncluttered hideaway, equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully outfitted, gourmet kitchen awaits with features including GE microwave, Cuisinart coffee machine and Keurig Kcup for the coffee connoisseurs, and Cuisinart tea kettle for the tea lovers in your group. Appreciate your meals together at the counter, around the extendable dining room table, or take it to the screened-in porch for al fresco dining. Prepare a beverage with the drink shaker and sip it on the side deck while listening to the waves and birds.

LIVING SPACE
The living space has a modern decor with a NC made All Form couch and a 50”Intelligent TV. The living room leads to a huge screened in porch where you can watch the sun rise, and the side deck is ideal for an evening of stargazing and a glass of wine. You will also find fun board games and books for after-beach entertainment.

BEDROOMS
With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and a huge outdoor shower, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 6 to 7 people. The memory-foam Tuft and Needle beds and blackout blinds will guarantee a restful sleep!
* The primary bedroom features a queen bed, an ensuite bath, and a console that is the ideal smaller workstation for a sizable laptop.
* The second bedroom offers a king bed, and a modren working station that comfortably fits a huge laptop.
