This property features a freshly modernized master for 2021, and many other great amenities including 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, and a private beach access. A Dollar General and eateries are all within walking distance of the condo in case you forgot something or just want to grab dinner and savor the vistas one evening after a day of fun in the sun!

The private screened-in porch is the ideal place to start and end your day with your favorite drink. The second bedroom is a bunk room, and is a humongous hit with the kids. This condo was refreshed in 2019. The bath and shower were updated in 2020. The exterior of the building was also remodeled in 2021.
