Riverside Pizza & Subs

Riverside Pizza & Subs is a small pizza spot along US Highway 70 in the small inland town of Newport, and as such, is a convenient spot for visitors who are arriving to or departing from the Crystal Coast shoreline. Not too fancy, the restaurant has just enough diverse fare to satisfy patrons of all ages and tastes, and with dine-in and take-out services, visitors can opt to enjoy a quick lunch or dinner, or load up on grub to enjoy at the beach house.

The menu features pizzas in small and large sizes, with roughly a dozen different toppings to choose from, which includes more unusual toppings like bacon, jalapenos, and pineapple. There’s also a handful of pasta dishes, a variety of burgers and sandwiches, appetizers and salads, and a surprising collection of Greek items as well, such as Gyros and Greek Tacos. The Subs list is equally varied, with Italian classics like chicken parmesan, sausage, and meatball subs, and American favorites like grilled chicken, cheeseburger, BLT and steak and cheese subs.

Easy to access and enjoy, with plenty of options for young and old visitors alike, Riverside Pizza & Subs is a great place for hungry visitors to stat off their exploration of the Crystal Coast without breaking their budget.
