REEL TIGHT ADVENTURES is here to show you the stunning waters of Morehead City. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Allen can tell you all about the local fishery.

Amberjack, Cobia, Black Drum, Bluefish, Skipjack, Flounder, Gag Grouper, Black Grouper, Almaco Jack, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Lesser Amberjack, Redfish, and more are in the cards if you come at the right time of year.

On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.

Your vessel for the day is a 25' Center console that can carry up to 4 passengers. It has downriggers, all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.

Capt. Allen has rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

A few items to bring include sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
