10 bedroom, 6 bath home with private pool at the Point on Emerald Isle. The home is split into 2 duplexes so there are 2 family rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms!

Located at the highly sought after area of the island called The Point.

We completely made over the home in 2018 including a new saltwater pool, quartz counter tops, linens, appliances, paint, and floor throughout.

You will adore the private walkway to the beach, deck overlooking a private pool, ceiling fans in every room, covered parking, Wi-Fi, and Intelligent TVs in every room.

NEWLY ADDED area to play cornhole and NEW enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. (Added in 2021)

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
• Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds. You will need to determine what is suitable for your family.
• If your family is traveling with pets, you must book a pet-friendly vacation rental. Make sure to ask for details on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Note that some hosts charge pet deposits and fees.

• Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
