Appreciate coffee and ocean breezes from the furnished covered balcony. Central air/heat, well equipped full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel-steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig. Washer/dryer. 4 flat screen/intelligent TV(s). Child’s booster seat and pack n play. One building from ocean access. Look down over the dunes in this 5th floor unit located in the West building. Building has elevator. 2 parking spaces allowed. Complex has wireless internet access, community pool, tennis and gated entry. Convenient to stores, eateries, putt-putt and water slides.
