This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit has freshly had major renovations and has an accessible lawn right off the back porch, along with beautiful vistas of the ocean and speedy beach access.

Some key amenities include NEW luxury vinyl plank floor throughout along with a handsome bespoke kitchen and cabinets, NEW matte white appliances, ornate tile backsplash, farmhouse sink, 2 pantry roll out cabinets, and more!!

Linens includes 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin bunk beds.
