Welcome to Captain's Quarters! By sitting atop the highest 3rd-row lot in the Spinnaker's Reach community this home offers immeasurable expansive vistas of the Atlantic, magnificant sunsets, and the unique view of boaters as they cruise along the Intracoastal Waterway.

This pretty one of a kind home, once featured in the Better Homes and Gardens magazine, offers five bedrooms, bunk room, and 5 and a 1/2 baths, 4th floor loft, two floors of wrap-around decks, golf cart, and a huge private pool. Aptly named, this airy, sizable, reversed floor plan home will accept you to not only savor the beach but also appreciate living at the beach.

As you enter the ground level, you will find the elevator at your service as well as the bunk room and another room decorated with a Queen bed. Both of the these spaces are suite style with private baths.

Moving up the stairs to the 2nd level you will find the remaining bedrooms. The decor of each bedroom is unique which causes each space to have a world of their own. The beige and white theme of the King Master suite is one that creates a really peaceful getaway, ideal for a beach hideaway no doubt! The master bathroom is just as serene with it calming colors, soaking tub, standing shower, and double sinks. The remaining rooms on this level have playful combinations of the beloved nautical theme. The first room on the right is furbished with a queen bed and shares a hall bath with the room on the left that is decorated with a daybed/trundle. Just at the end of the hall is where the other private suite is located. This fun enormous suite is furbished with a queen bed and just like the other rooms on this level it has access to the wrap around outdoor space.

The third level is where all the fun happens! The kitchen and living room share this space. No need to worry about getting your groceries to the third floor because the elevator stops its service here. As you will notice in the photos, the kitchen is enormous but still painless to maneuver thanks to the open shelving, renovated appliances, and 2nd refridgerator. The kitchen's view of the living room is sure to keep the family cooks entertained as they can be a part of the conversation.The living room area is furbished with seating nooks as well as two couches, so there is definitely space for all while watching a movie, playing a game, or just appreciating the great company!

Just off the living area is a hidden loft! Follow the sea waves (colored steps) to this private area furbished with a lounge chair and a desk, this space will be ideal if looking for a peaceful space to read or get some work done.

Captains Quarters rents weekly Sunday to Sunday during the Summer seasons although arrival/departure dates can be flexible during the Winter, Spring, Fall seasons.
